I had an RN friend tell me that chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromialgia were Latin terms for "Get the @*&! out of my office."

Yes, I know that it doesn't much address the ineffective flowchart...but you have to admit that it's funny.

That's a really funny diagram (sad, but funny). And I agree with Mark - ut's probably the cause, not the explanation. :)

Holey Kamoley! Are you sure that diagram isn't actually causing chronic fatigue?
